Polylok - Poly III High Pressure Closed End Boot Seal - 3003-B (case of 50)

The first and only patented Closed Ended Boot Seal on the market. The Poly III makes it easy to vacuum test because there are no openings to plug. It accepts either 3" or 4" pipe. It also meets ASTM C-923 specifications and can fit in a 2 1/2" -6" wall.

Installation Instructions for Poly III High-Pressure Pipe Seal:

1. Attach mandrel to outside form wall
2. Fold seal into casting position
3. Place the gasket on the mandrel
4. Pour concrete into the form
5. Strip form
6. Insert 4" or 3" pipe and tighten the take-up clamp
