Warranty Policy

Wastewater Supply is dedicated to providing the best customer service and customer satisfaction. That is why we are proud to offer a comprehensive manufacturer warranty on all of our products. Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of time that varies by manufacturer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damages caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification. If you believe your product is covered under the manufacturer warranty, please contact us at support@wastewtrsupply.com. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

All products are to be returned in sanitary condition, free of loose particles, dry and free from any wetness. The packaging is to be secured and all surfaces taped to ensure contaminants are held in the box. This is to ensure safety at our warehouse, as well as the safety of the carrier when dealing with hazardous materials. For all returns to Wastewater Supply, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the products. If a product is deemed to be covered under warranty, Wastewater Supply will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the customer.

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. If a customer is not satisfied with the outcome of their warranty claim, they are able to escalate the warranty for another review. If a product is required to be sent back to the manufacturer, extra time may ensue for the customer to receive their return product. However, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and will do whatever we can to get the customer’s system back up and running in the unfortunate event that it is down.

Tracking information will be provided on the customer’s account, or notified of tracking information via email. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us to get your claim underway. Once it is determined your product may be under warranty, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number that is to be written and visible on the outside of the packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of getting materials back to Wastewater Supply.
