Use of Services: Our services, including, but not limited to, our e-commerce platform, product information, and customer support, are available only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Account Creation: In order to use some of our services, you may be required to create an account. You represent and warrant that the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: (a) uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; (b) uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting any User Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (c) uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting any User Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party; (d) uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation; (e) using our services to harm minors in any way; (f) uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (g) interfering with or disrupting our services or servers or networks connected to our services, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to our services; (h) using our services to intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
User Feedback: If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding our services (“Feedback”), you grant us the right to use such Feedback for any purpose, without restriction and without payment to you.
Intellectual Property: The services and all materials included therein, including, but not limited to, software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Wastewater Supply or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on our services is the exclusive property of Wastewater Supply and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on our services is the property of Wastewater Supply or its software suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our services (“Trademarks”) are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Wastewater Supply, its affiliates, and others. Nothing contained on our services should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on our services without the written permission of Wastewater Supply or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on our services. Your use of the Trademarks displayed on our services, or any other content on our services, except as provided in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services and the materials contained therein are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wastewater Supply expressly disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Wastewater Supply does not warrant that the functions contained in our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our services or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Wastewater Supply does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in our services in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not Wastewater Supply) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Warranties are all held by the manufacturer, and Wastewater Supply may assist in the warranty process as we work direct with manufacturers. We may require you to ship back a defective product to fulfill the warranty obligation. Shipping costs, as well as ensure the package is free from contamination are up to the buyer of the product, after which we will be in contact regarding the status of your warranty.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Wastewater Supply be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services or the materials contained therein, even if Wastewater Supply or a Wastewater Supply authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state courts located in Indiana and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
Severability and Integration: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wastewater Supply with respect to the use of our services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Wastewater Supply with respect to such use. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible.
Changes to this Agreement: Wastewater Supply reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
